I am absolutely thrilled with the sharpening job of my 2 pairs of scissors. One of the pair was rusted and stuck, and Tom not only sharpened the blades to perfection, but he cleaned it up like new. There was also a phone call to my house, telling me that the scissors were ready. Great service, great expertise!

I make a special point of shopping at West Seattle True Value because of the staff that works here. Always helpful, always intelligent−people who work here never make me feel dumb or like I’m an inconvenience. Thanks so much!
